Good things ahead

Often at this time of year Anna or I, or both of us can have a "lull" feeling which comes after the last event of the tour. It is almost like the winter blues or end of season blues except we are far from the end of our season and we never have winter:) However the lull doesnt last long as we have an exciting time ahead of us after nearly consolidating our calendar for the season and we are also off to Manly to train for 10 days on Sunday. We will be training with the German and American pairings who we competed against in Auckland as well as training with Kerri Pottharst, the gold medlaist from the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Its something that I have been looking forward to because firstly I have never been to Manly and secondly the quality of the training partners and coaches is of the highest level.
Thank you to everyone who came a cheered us on throughout the tour, it does make a difference when the crowd is supporting you!! I also want to take this chance to thank my friends and surrogate familes for providing me with a bed and delicious meals. And of course all the moral support and love. You make my life so much easier!!!
We will update you from Manly.
:) Suz
